The team, position & mission
At Orange Business, we're searching for a passionate and dynamic Performance Analyst to strengthen our Customer Experience team. Your mission will be on monitoring and analysing Client Services activities, and making strategic recommendations to enhance Client Services operational efficiency and design specific action plans.
Your key areas of responsibility as Performance Analyst
Monitor Client Services Activities
Deliver insightful monthly Activity Reports and share them with a broad internal audience of key stakeholders.
Provide targeted analysis for the Presidency, EXCO, and cross-departmental initiatives.
Act as the go-to expert for Client Services Activity Data for all international departments, regions, and markets.
Analyse Results and Propose Recommendations
Identify key performance indicators and create impactful reports to present actionable insights, tailored to various audiences.
Uncover strategic and technical improvement levers to elevate Client Services performance.
Operate and Enhance Reporting tools
Develop strategic dashboards and build reports in collaboration with the Client Data & Knowledge and Client Relations teams.
Address technical bugs and oversee the testing phases of new dashboards and functionalities.
Ensure data accuracy within the tools and manage access permissions.
Continuous Improvements and Global Enhancements
Lead the charge on Client Services Explore in Looker, identifying and gathering enhancement needs
Train stakeholders across Central, Regional, and Market levels.
Support markets in the analysis and adoption of tools, aiding in data extraction and interpretation of KPIs.
Contribute to Strategic Planning and P&L
Support the creation and update of the Client Services P&L and Operational Efficiency dashboards by providing insights on the drivers behind the figures
Make recommendations to improve Client Services Operational Efficiency while optimizing resources.
As an ideal candidate you have:
3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in Finance, Audit, or Management Control in a global context is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transversal projects
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus

Strong client orientation with an innate sense of luxury and service excellence
Business and results-oriented with a data-driven decision-making mindset
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with excellent listening abilities
Comfortable working autonomously while being a collaborative team player
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
