What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree, experience in renewable energy, real estate, GIS, development, construction or business consulting a plus
Proven expertise in Salesforce data management, system configuration, reporting and analytics. Ability to build and manage workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Strong proficiency and expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including skills in data manipulation, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and visualizations (VBA a plus). Experience with other tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Business Central, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
Working knowledge of the principles of project management, including critical path and other schedule risk/opportunity analysis techniques
Detailed and process oriented with a self-driven demeanor
Superior communication, training, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of leading efficiently and outperforming assigned objectives
Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting that ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios
Exhibit enthusiasm and proficiency in process improvement and problem-solving

Activités
Manage Salesforce administration, including user management, system configuration, data maintenance, and report generation
Assist in the development and implementation of Salesforce maintenance processes and documentation; continuously review and improve procedures to adapt to evolving system features and team objectives
Develop expertise in internal processes and workflows related to Salesforce, serving as a key resource for team members. Facilitate formal training sessions and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools are effectively integrated into daily operations; provide training and guidance on the platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Perform QA/QC to ensure accuracy and consistency of data across the project portfolio
Support execution of integrating Salesforce with other software, tools, and applications
Provide project scheduling support to Project Developers (e.g. prioritize tasks, set deadlines, manage deliverables, monitor critical paths) throughout a project’s development lifecycle
Provide the technical support to curate dashboards or other data/process solutions that inform Project Developers on task priorities, schedule and budget risks, and key deadlines
Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, reporting and analysis, and prepare routine reports for management and headquarters
Support enhanced coordination between Development and Execution Departments (e.g. prepare requested project information in timely manner, coordinate responses with development staff, QA/QC documentation)
Support project development activities by driving the contracting/due diligence process when engaging new consultants
