OneTech's mission is to provide the technical, scientific and digital expertise needed to design TotalEnergies’ development projects, deliver support to the operations and project execution in all its industrial activities worldwide. OneTech also drives the Company's technological ambition and delivers on digital to make the best use of our industrial assets.
OneTech hires, trains and prepares people in the technical know-how necessary for the delivery of our ambition for the benefit and direct transfer to the Company businesses, subsidiaries and insustrial sites.
By concentrating expertise within OneTech as part of a cross-functional, multi-branch approach, the Company capitalizes on the knowledge of all its industrial experts and stimulates competencies development across energies, which in turn strengthens its capacity for innovation with the aim of deploying its operational excellence.
OneTech's 3,400 employees, including engineers, technicians and researchers, work across a dozen sites around the world and are fully committed to TotalEnergies' balanced multi-energy strategy for the benefit of the energy transition and are expected to rotate out of OneTech to directly contribute to our businesses locally on their industrial sites.

Joint TotalEnergies & support the energy transition
You will start on November 2, 2026, be hired under a permanent contract (CDI), and join the OneTech branch to integrate TotalEnergies and prepared to work in TotalEnergies businesses in countries across the world, working on-site, in subsidiaries, or at industrial facilities.
After a two-week onboarding period at the Paris headquarters and the Technical and Scientific Center in Pau, you will join your team.
Your first year will include several group missions with your intake class (ex : refinery, research center, laboratory, subsidiaries, etc.), giving you a broad overview of the Company and helping you expand your professional network.
A short Learning Expedition at DTU in Denmark is also under consideration, featuring technical challenges on industrial pilot projects. This will give you firsthand exposure to TotalEnergies’ concrete commitment to renewable energies.

Profil du candidat
About You
You hold a recent Master’s degree (MSc) or an engineering degree (equivalent to 5 years of higher education).
Your academic background includes geosciences, operations, drilling, maintenance and inspection, or process engineering.
You have a strong interest in digital technologies and data.
You are interested in technical professions: you enjoy problem-solving, and your curiosity and open-mindedness enable you to take initiative.
You are able to work in a dynamic, international environment.
You can communicate in professional English, and you understand French or are motivated to learn it quickly.
You are eager to develop an international career in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas quickly and will pursue your career abroad after this first year in France.
