Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Able to work at height from a ladder or lift, have own tools,
Train Other Employees (new hires or transfers)
Work well with others, possess a willingness to learn and share his/her knowledge with others, able to work under stress
Understanding the urgency to reduce downtime
Must be able to work without direct supervision, must be resourceful and a self –starter
Must possess and maintain an excellent work and attendance record
Lift 35 lbs frequently throughout the work shift, up to 75lbs on occasion
Maintain good attendance as well as qualitative and quantitative performance standards
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work to maintain buildings.
Perform inventory control duties with maintenance material parts
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Practice safety and environmental awareness at all times on the job and on company property, including parking lot
Other duties as needed.
Must actively support our Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, immediately report all dangerous situations and correct them when able to do so safely, participate in all required Safety Training, meetings, inspections and use all required PPE.
