We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our best in class, global Sales Ops team.

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the Salesforce CRM and all reporting, workflow, process and data integrity relating to it. She/he will also spearhead the overall coordination, optimization and roll out of successfully completed projects that align with team and company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of either Sales, Marketing or Sales support experience in a SaaS company, and excels working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is a must.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Facilitate the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans
Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement and system enhancements and best practice sharing
Maintain all aspects of Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and maintenance & drive process improvement
Support sales reps on an individual basis to generate structure/data for custom opportunities
Apply data cleansing techniques to improve the quality and accuracy of contacts and accounts databases and develop processes and methods for acquiring net new names to our database
Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for sales and executive leadership
Process orders and support sales teams with planning and operational tasks
Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate, drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Engage and work with internal stakeholders to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results
Assist the sales leadership in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales team’s performance
Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
Provide support in compensation plan & policy development and commissions calculations
Establish consistent communication with sales to gather feedback, deliver updates and ensure our sales teams have the tools they need
Respond to ad hoc Sales requests to support the team on a daily basis
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:

Experience with Sales tools & software, including:
Salesforce.com (Salesforce Admin or Developer certification preferred)
Business Intelligence tools
Data management & governance
Admin for software
Strong attention to detail
Strong follow-up and project management skills
Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
Competency with relational databases and SQL queries
Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment and comfortable with the requirement to multi-task
Subject Matter Expertise of SaaS-based Sales tools & applications and a desire to expand that knowledge
Experience in a sales or sales support role (preferred)
Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Creative and strategic problem-solver
Self-starter with follow-through and consistency
