The African Development Bank, through the Africa Circular Economy Facility (ACEF), seeks to recruit a consulting firm to provide technical assistance for the development of National Circular Economy Roadmaps in Angola, Liberia, Madagascar, and Senegal. The assignment will support participating countries in developing evidence-based and actionable circular economy roadmaps through a structured and consultative process, while strengthening institutional capacity, stakeholder engagement, and regional knowledge exchange.
